Question About BlueTrek Headphones SKIN
Bluetrek Skin headset...

The earpiece will connect. It show it is connected on the cell and the earpiece will show connected and blinks blue serveral time when connected. Once connected i cannot hear the person i have called. I have tried pressing the volume button thinking it has been muted due to the not hearing the beeps once connected but no response. Thank you for your time and cooperation in this matter. I'm connecting to a BB 8820

0 My Bluetrek skin does exactly the same I have recently changed phones and thought i'd broken it although the vocal speed dial works. Is there a way of resetting the headset? Cheers Mike.F
