I have an Audiovox portable DVD player Model # DS9...

I have an Audiovox portable DVD player Model # DS9843T. It fell and the headphones do not silence the sound. I have used multiple sets of headphones so I know it is not them. Is there a way to set the use of headphones? I do not have the remote. Thank you
