I have a Archos 20b Vision MP3 player and it keeps...

I have a Archos 20b Vision MP3 player and it keeps turning off in the middle of any piece of music or whilst have the radio on, any suggestions?. I have tried reset, no difference. Should I have downloaded 'firmware' when I registered the product (29/06/2011).
