Everytime I plug in the USB cord from my iPod Nano to our computer it will not recogise the device. I ran a sync diagnostic at iTunes but it kept coming up with no device found. I connected my iPod Touch and ran the same tests which it passed successfully. I have tried resetting the factory settings on my Nano but to no avail. Can anyone shed any light on this issue?
