MP3 player NS-102B..When I connect the MP3 to the ...

MP3 player NS-102B..When I connect the MP3 to the computer is does not automatically recognize it..when i select the drive it tells me that the disk is not formatted. I have tried to sync it using media player but it still does not recognize it.
