I bought an Alba MP2101BUK and it won't shuffle anything, but just plays the first downloaded album out of 20 that I loaded onto it. I've wiped it and reloaded all the albums again, this time in any order and all at once, instead of individually, but the same happens. The shuffle switch is not working. I don't want to have to go back to Argos, 30 miles away, again and again to try others, so has anybody got any ideas about how to fix it?
