2/Is there any update from the current firmware?

Well, i really want to read some codecs like h264/x264 or even vp6...

I bought a new unit today after system set up, none of the keys work and the screen remain unchanged ,can't turn it off it just stay freeze.

I plugged my mp3 player into my lap to charge. Both units were off. My mp3 screen turned red. Has anyone had this problem? How do I fix it?

Plugged unit into computer both were off. NOw the player's screen is red. Won't turn on or off. Computer recognizes only one drive (flash). Can this be fixed?
