Product Problem: the image distortion

The Coby DVD-237 model is heard but the image distortion, a signal is lying, as I might have been the change of some parameters on the remote, but how can I reset the DVD to return to normal, so you can to see the image, I would like to help me or if there is a fomra to fix the image. my music does not show up on any computers. however i know the media that i downloaded is on it because the info shows that memory on it has decreased. Can someone please help?

If you switch to MSC mode, then defrag the volumn, then delete the files created by the defrag, you will get your space back. However, you will lose any files that are not showing up. Hope this helps.
