Product Problem: Adding/Downloading Music to my MP3 Player

There is nowhere in the manual where it tells me how to download music to my mp3 player....I installed the disc but there were multiple files that came up and im not sure which one to use....please help me with this (its my fiance's b-day present and his b-day is tomorrow so i would like to have it finished by tonight).
