All the contents of a folders' songs was change to an unreadable format.
The song titles look like chinese, however I cannot delete the folder from the unit even when I view it by my computer. "The message I get is source file not readable"

I plugged my mp3 player into my lap to charge. Both units were off. My mp3 screen turned red. Has anyone had this problem? How do I fix it? Make: Sylvania Model: SMPK8854B THANK YOU FOR YOR HELP

Plugged unit into computer both were off. NOw the player's screen is red. Won't turn on or off. Computer recognizes only one drive (flash). Can this be fixed?
