  repairs    Ihave a durabrand dvd player that stop playing. I would like send it back to have it repaired.I tryed calling but operator said your number has been disc onected. so do you have a new number that i can call you at? thank you Rich ralston

  repairs    Dvd player buttons will not work and volume maxes as soon as device is turned on. Battery removed and then replaced and did not help.The phone number is disconnected and no new number given.I would like to fix this problem.Thanks Donna
