Connecting an RS Gun to an LPA2 System

Parts Included in Kit 125843
Installation
1. Install fitting 7596-02 (ref. 3) into the air
manifold (B).
2. Remove the check valve (C) from the catalyst pump
assembly (A) then install into fitting 7596-02 (ref. 3).
3. Install fitting LPA-143 (ref. 4) onto the check
valve (C) removed in the previous step.
4. Remove the old catalyst pump connection hose
from catalyst pump outlet (D).
5. Install fitting 22017-01 (ref. 2) into catalyst pump
outlet (D).
6. Install fitting 124803 (ref. 1) into fitting
220127-01 (ref. 2).
7. Connect and configure air, material and catalyst
hoses. See RS Gun manual 3A0232 for detailed
instructions.
