Transcend T.Sonic 650 2gb formatted.

This is regarding Trascend T.Sonic 650 2gb.
1. I formatted the device using the Trascend utility. I did a full 100% Public format.
2. I copied some of the mp3 files to the device.
after the files where copied
3. I did all the proper removal of the device and unplugged the device.

When I tried to play the device it did not respond. It stays still with the Trascend 650 lighted up.

Then I came to know that I should load the Firmware again.
Now when I plugged the device my windows did not recognize the device. The device is lighted up with hour-glass icon. (I am using Windows 2000 Perof.)
Pleas help me out to resolve this
