my video conversion software want work it says disk error

You have to rip the .rar file from the cd. Basically copy it and paste it on your desktop. It should open just fine.

Software doesnt work

The little mini cd that came with mine doesn't either. Just go to download.com and download a free conversion software to convert your video files into .MTV files
