Player freezes

My player freezes often and i can't get it out of shuffle mode. Can you please instruct?

    To unfreeze, there is a "reset" option on the bottom of the unit near the usb port -- you'll need a pin or paperclip to reset it. To unshuffle, on the main menu go to the tools option (icon looks like a gear near the bottom of the screen), select "music play mode" then select "off." Took me forever to figure this out.
