MY MP3 PLAYER WILL NOT SHUT OFF WITH OUT PRESSING THE RESET BUTTON.THE SCREENS SHOWS ITS UP DATING 20% BUT WILL NOT COME OFF CANT GET TO ANY THING LIKE ITS FROZEN
