Insignia MP3 Player Sport NS-DA2G

My son bought me this I now have a Mac computer and I have no way of downloading anything for my MP3 player. I am not very computer savy I don't have a lot of money to keep buying new things and I like this MP3 player just fine but now that I have an Mac I can't recharge or anything what do I do?
