Hi. I bought a Sylvania MP3 Player and the model is SMPK8858. I couldn't upgrade it and I searched many web, but they couldn't help me. I downloaded software from their web site, but it's the same as the CD that I have, so the CD can not help me, because the program on the CD wants the file of fireware and I don't know where is my fireware program or folder. Would you mind helping me to upgrade my mp3 player? Thanks
