Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK8858
Downloading Video or Movies...

Everytime I download video, and then I go to play it I get a "file error".

3 Make sure it is in the MP4 .avi format set to 320x240. You should have received a disk which has an .avi conversion program. You might try running your .avi's through the program just in case something is not compatible.
