Well I just joined my bad for answering so late but check to see if you're charging it properly. It could even be you're charger the charger itself could've died not the device,I also would recommend calling the manufacturer maybe they can troubleshoot or something even looking at the manual could help you,You might have to just go to a repair shop and get it repaired but If push comes to shove I'm sorry my man but you gunna have to buy a new mp3 player all together bro I strongly recommend a sylvania product best mp3 players ever I'm listening to mine right now!
