When you connect the MP3 to your computer with the USB cable a window should come up on the screen for the removeable disk. If this doesn't come up automatically you need to go to the start button on your pc and choose My Computer. Select the removeable disk that the MP3 is plugged into. Once the window comes up all you have to do is click and drag the song(s) that you want into the window file for the MP3 player. I wasn't able to do this with my Windows media player, I had to use Itunes. As long as the song was downloaded in MP3 format the song(s) should transfer to the MP3 file.
