setting language back to English

My MP3 was not working, so I reseted it back to default. Now it displays everything in Chinese. Can you give me the instructions to set it back English?thanks!!!

    go to settings. the one witht he screw driver.
    then click mode on the 6th one. then click mode again. u should kno from there
