i just recently got my mp3 player 4 xmas and about 2 weeks after use i put pictures and videos on it. when i tried to view a picture it shut down completely. it wasnt the battery because it said it was full @ the top of the screen and i tried plugging it into the computer and it wont eve charge. i don't know if there's a screen that's suppose to pop up when it's charging or not?
