can not load videos

how do you load videos,or use converter software,that comes with it?

    Forget Videos or the converter software. It does not work and there are no work arounds on the web. I am in hour 12 of trying different methods of converting files to SMV. Not possible so far. Thinking of returning this and paying more for an ipod..

    Mine works fine with XP. The converter program converts the files (it's slow, granted) and then just drag the file to your player in windows explorer as you would a USB drive.

    when i downloaded videos to my mp3 player i had to use the converter. i had to convert the format of the videos to AVI. to use the converter that came included you must install it to your computer and then you just put in the video you want to convert. oh and if you want to get videos from youtube you can use this site i found. www.savevid.com this website will save the youtube videos to your computer. then you will have to put them in the converter and convert them. then when you have the videos converted in to the AVI format you can copy them and save them into the videos folder on your mp3 player. if you still have problems just email me. my email address is mandy_sue56@yahoo.com
