Setting Clock

Misplaced manual, day light savings time came, I tried to set the clock time using the button for it, but it isn't cooperating. I just wanted to review the instructions to make sure that I hold buttons proper amount of time etc.

    Same problem as #1 question. Cannot set clock to accomodate daylight savings, no matter what. Help please
