  MP3 player will not stay on changed battery and PEARL sign comes on screen and then turns off

  i dont know what it means when ur player doesnt get recognized by the computer.i dont know if the battery is the issue or not but i cant seem to figure it out. let me know thanks,

  I keep getting an error message that says: exception processing message OxC0000013 Parameters Ox761A023C Ox83748B4C Ox761A023C Ox761A023C
  
  It then gives me the option to Cancel, Try Again or Continue. But when I click either of those nothing happens. I then manually have to shut down the computer. Please help. All I want to do is download music so when I walk it won't be boring. Please help. I don't want to have to take it back to the store but if this persists I will buy another brand that will work for me. Thank you for your help.
