    music player is not turning off
    I cannot turn on any music and the picture for the album is frozen. I also cannot turn off the mp3 player.

    driver issues
    My computer tells me that I do not have the proper driver. This is a brand new computer and the mp3 player would connect literally 4 days ago, but now it will not. Help please
