  my mp3 player will not come on i try the reset button but it will not come on i normally charge by my computer but i change it ot on outlet charger could that be the problem

  Possible Firware Error?
  After reseting it will turn on but lock up b4 it finishes at the first screen. PC fails to read it also. Any Ideas?

  everytime i try to download a video to my mp3 player on Windows Media Player it always has a big X next to it and says there was an error while downloading

  Volume Problem
  The voices of the song are in the background, and I tried switching up the equalizer but it still has no difference, its like there is more Treble then bass in the song.
