  Will not load DVD
  Continue to load the DVD and then stops as if the disc has not been inserted into the DVD. What do I need to do to make the disc load and then play?

  When a disc is in the dvd says its loading for a long time and then it stops and says seq play. Could you tell me what I need to do to get the disc to finish loading and play the movie.
