Hello,
It will not let me record b/c it says at the top of the screen eject and when I eject my tape, the icon will not go away... whatdo I do?

I have the right cable I believe IEEE1394 - how do I tranfer picures/vedios to PC? the PC does not recognize the deveice.

I have my Samsung SC-D353 Digital Mini DV which I bought at the radio check three years ago but lost my receipt what will I do if I have lost display screen or view problem. The problem was happened when I did try to record the tape from my Camera to DVD Player (DVD-R player).

Can't connect camcorder to PC anymore
SC-D372 would be seen on my PC, but now I can't get the PC to recognize it. The main problem is I understand their is no software for this model. How can I get my PC and Camcorder to work together again?

functionality problem

No memory
My VP-MX10 digital camera has not memory. This does not seem right when its called a Flash Memory Camcorder.
I inserted my old memory card which only has 128 mb memory, managed to take three short videos before it was full.

*.avi films have no sound
When I record a movie with the camcorder and play it in the cammera, all works fine, but when I copy the movie to the pc, the movie has no sound.

Not recording pictures
It records the sounds but not the pictures. Also previously recorded cassettes work fine shows the picture as well. But if I try to video i'm nt even seeing teh object. What could be wrong?

Jammed Cassette
SC-D363. Cassette loading mechanism won't rise to release tape. When you hit eject it makes high pitched whining sound. Is there any way of manually realeasing tape?

the comcorder will only go to memory card mode, even when it is set for tape mode. We tried taking the memory card out but the only thing that will appear is that there is no memory card.
