  frozen
  Hi I have the pd480 and it has frozen and won't do nothing else i have reset the power.just don't know what to do.
  All is ays is pd-480 at the top then the bottom line says cdwr-jukebox and just atsy there for ages then every now & then i get err 00004 code.
  please help me
