  The screen on my Kingston K-PEX is cracked and now its not working at all. I have no idea how it got this way. What can I do about this?

  I have connected my MP3 player to my computer to transfer music files to my MP3 player. I transferred several files, but only 1 song came up---the others all appear to be in a root file. Please assist.
