    iPod
    I have a lead to connect my iPod to the radio, but don't know how to get it to play. It plugs in, but doesn't do anything?

    kdc-w311 not keeping channels
    unit does not seem to keep channels after 10 of ignition being turned off, can someone please advise me

    It is in protect mode and will not reset, I have tried it in two vehicles so it is not a short circuit

    MP3 Aux Socket
    After connecting my MP3 player to the front Aux socket, how do I select it? It only gives my CD or Tuner.

    How do I program one of the preset channels? After saving a channel, I can select it. But if the ignition is switched off I loose all the presets.

    I AM TRYING TO TURN OFF THE DEMO MODE.

    I PUT IT IN STANDBY MODE THEM MOVE THE CONTROL KNOB TO FM / AM BUT CAN'T FIND DEMO MODE TO SWITCH BETWEEN TRUNING IT ON OR OF I JUST GET CLOCK OF NAME OPTION.
