  Did not receive a manual when we bought the stereo, it came already fitted with the car we bought. We know its does loads of things but cannot access any of it!

  it seems it is muted
  my stereo seems to be working display wise, it switches between functions, volume seems to going up and down, etc. etc. says it is muted when i turn the contrast up to see the inner workings displayhow do you get it out of the mute mode?
