Unit jams in FM
Unit locks when I play the FM mode. I can't reset, change stations or even switch it off. The battery has to run out before I can use it again.

Can I set this player so when I shut it off, it keeps my place and starts there when I turn it back on? Right now, each time it is turned on, it starts at the beginning of the CD. I am listening to books.

on/off switch not working

ERROR-80 problem

I AM TRYING TO TURN OFF THE DEMO MODE.

It had been working fine, but now it is not reading the cd.
When I put in the cd and press "play" the screen says "read" at first, followed by "no disc". I have tried several sets of batteries. Please advise.

cd player no sound
i got this deck used and when i hooked it up the sound from cd would only play thru rca's, not thru hi level. hooked up amps and worked fine... till i added second rca for sub. now no sound again.. radio works fine but no sound from cd..

no power
unit no longer turns on when tape, radio or cd button is depressed. ac pwr cord appears normal and is connected to working ac outlet. nothing in manual to trouble shoot a pwr failure. what could be the problem. worked perfectly until recently w/o any indication of cause of failure.
